- The juice of 1 lemon (5 mL)
- 3 pork ribs (3 kg)
- 4 teaspoons of salt (20 g)
- 1 head of garlic (15 g)
- 3 teaspoons of oregano (15 g)
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil (75 mL)
- 3 tablespoons of banana jam (45 mL)
- The first thing you should do in this recipe is to make sure that the ribs have no fat or skin.
- Then, marinate with a mixture of crushed garlic, oregano and olive oil.

- 6 tablespoons of honey (90 mL)
- 1 teaspoon of pepper (5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (3 g)
- 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder (7 g)
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar cane panela (45 g)
- Firstly, separate or detach the ribs from the ribcage.
